MOE (Evan’s Road) Tennis Centre is managed by the Singapore sports Council, the facilities are only opened to the public outside of the school’s curriculum hours. MOE has the right to reserve the facilities for MOE schools usage during office hours. Hence, public could only use the facilities after office hours. The CCA’s facilities are like a mini sport hub consisting of an Olympic swimming pool with a diving & waterpolo facilities, table tennis court, indoor badminton, volleyball, netball, basketball hall, gymnastic hall, squash hall, astro hockey pitch, soccer & rugby field, outdoor volleyball, netball, basketball court, running track and outdoor tennis courts. Other Tennis Centre with the similar facilities are Yio Chu Kang Tennis Centre, Chao Chu Kang Tennis Centre, and Jurong West Tennis Centre.It is convenientlty situation just beside the Jacob Ballas Children’s Garden and the Singapore Botanic Gardens. Five minutes walk from the MOE (Evan’s Rd) Tennis Centre is the famous Adam Food Centre. The food centre has many delicious MUST try food such as the Selera Rasa Nasi Lemak.
Parents loved to send their kids for group tennis lessons at the MOE (Evan’s Rd) Tennis Courts as they could concurrently do some exercise using the range of facilities at that location. Beside the friendly and plentiful sport facilities, many student like to use MOE (Evan’s Rd) sport hub because of the accessibility to the MRT stations.
